Ale Cleaning cleans three kinds of spaces: homes and apartments, commercial spaces such as offices and small businesses, and properties that have just come out of a construction or renovation project. Residential work covers standard recurring cleaning, a deeper first-time or seasonal clean, and move-in or move-out cleans where the unit needs to be handed over empty and ready. Commercial work is quoted around the size of the space, the number of rooms or work areas, and how often you want service. Post-construction work is treated separately because dust, debris, paint, and adhesive residue take more time than routine cleaning.

The online estimator builds your range from the answers you give: the size bracket of the property, bedrooms and bathrooms, floors, overall condition, clutter level, whether you have shedding pets, and how easily the team can get in. Your service frequency changes the per-visit total, and service category and address determine whether your location falls inside the area we cover. Each range is shown with a low and high figure because the same square footage can take very different amounts of time depending on condition and access.

Some jobs cannot be priced fairly from a form. Very large properties, heavy clutter, unsafe conditions, and locations outside the listed service area are routed to a team member for review, and an on-site visit may be scheduled.
